Please provide us with all the info above. Once we verify that the device is eligible for unlocking we will send you an email with price and approximate time it will take to unlock it along with a paypal money request. If for what ever reason the unlock fails we will promplty inform you and do a full refund. Reasons for unlock to fail usually is due to past due payments to your carrier or if device is reported lost or stolen. This service can't remove icluod accounts.
